## About

I’m Celeste, founder and lead balloon designer behind Connecticut Balloons LLC, specializing in elevated balloon design and statement focal points for corporate events, organizational functions, brand experiences, and social celebrations.
With an eye for detail and a passion for creative expression, I design installations that transform spaces, complement event concepts, and create memorable visual experiences. From large-scale corporate and organizational events to intimate celebrations and milestone occasions, every project is approached with intention, precision, and a commitment to bringing each client’s vision to life.
My goal is to create more than a beautiful design. It’s to create an atmosphere that feels thoughtful, impactful, and uniquely tailored to the occasion.
